Ghana’s Minister of Environment Explores Membership in the Alliance for Drought Resilience

Nairobi, Kenya – [06.09.2023] — Following a dynamic morning engagement at the prestigious Africa Public Sector Conference & Awards 2023, Honourable Dr. Kwaku Afriyie, Ghana’s Minister of Environment, Science, Technology, and Innovation, led a high-level delegation in discussions with the Executive Director of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD). The primary agenda of this meeting was to explore Ghana’s potential membership in the Alliance for Drought Resilience.
