MEST Celebrated Valentine’s Day by Giving Back: Donation to Hope Way Ministries Orphanage
On February 14th, 2025, MEST, led by Madam Cecilia Nyadia, Director of Human Resource Management and Development (HRMD), visited Hope Way Ministries, an orphanage located in Haatso, to donate essential items to the children. This visit was not only an act of charity but also a celebration of the season of love, emphasizing the power of giving and spreading kindness.
The donation included a variety of items, such as clothing, educational materials, toiletries, and other necessities aimed at improving the children’s well-being and supporting the orphanage’s mission. Hope Way Ministries, which provides shelter, education, and emotional care to children who have been abandoned or orphaned, relies heavily on the generosity of individuals and organizations to continue its work.
MEST’s donation was part of a broader commitment to corporate social responsibility, with the organization recognizing the importance of supporting vulnerable communities. The gesture of giving during this season of love underscored MEST’s belief in spreading hope and joy to those in need, particularly children who may not have the same privileges as others.
Madam Cecilia Nyadia, in her remarks, highlighted the importance of community and shared responsibility in uplifting those who were less fortunate. “This was our way of showing the children that they were loved and valued,” she said. “It was our hope that this donation would bring some joy and relief to their lives, especially as we celebrated love and kindness.”
We were immensely grateful to the MEST Management and Staff for their overwhelming generosity. Without their support, this event would not have been possible. Their contributions reflected the true spirit of giving and compassion that MEST stands for.
A special thank you went to everyone who made this donation possible. Their kindness touched the hearts of the children at Hope Way Ministries, and we prayed that God continued to bless each and every one of them for their selfless acts of charity.
