Director of RSIM, Rev. Dr. Cephas Adjei Mensah, Presents Civil Service Award to MEST Leadership

Rev. Dr. Cephas Adjei Mensah, Director of the Research, Statistics, and Information Management (RSIM) Directorate at the Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology (MEST), formally presented his award to the Ministry’s leadership following his recognition as one of the Best Performing Directors in the Civil Service.

The award was conferred during the prestigious 2024 Civil Service Awards Ceremony, held in Accra on Friday, 25th July 2025, under the auspices of the Office of the Head of Civil Service. The ceremony acknowledged outstanding public servants who demonstrated excellence, innovation, and dedication to service delivery across various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies.

During a brief presentation at the Ministry, Rev. Dr. Mensah expressed gratitude to the Minister, the Chief Director, and all staff of MEST for their unwavering support and collaborative spirit, which contributed to this achievement. He emphasized that the award is not only a personal milestone but also a reflection of the shared commitment and hard work of the entire RSIM Directorate and the Ministry as a whole.

The Ministry’s leadership congratulated Rev.
