JCS Investments Paid Courtesy Call on Hon. Minister of MEST to Explore Collaboration on Environmental Sustainability
JCS Investments recently paid a courtesy call on the Minister for Environment, Science and Technology (MEST), Hon. Dr. Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed (MP), to discuss opportunities for collaboration aimed at advancing environmental sustainability in Ghana.
During the meeting, the company presented its pioneering “Green Card” initiative, a program designed to promote environmentally friendly practices among businesses and individuals. JCS Investments sought the Ministry’s support to scale up the initiative and maximize its positive environmental impact nationwide.
Hon. Dr. Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed warmly welcomed the initiative, recognizing its potential to contribute significantly to Ghana’s environmental goals. He encouraged JCS Investments to submit a comprehensive proposal outlining the scope, objectives, and expected outcomes of the project to enable further assessment and partnership.
The meeting underscored the Ministry’s commitment to working closely with private sector partners to develop innovative solutions that aligned with national sustainability targets and the broader agenda of climate action.
Both parties expressed optimism about future collaborations that would foster a greener and more sustainable economy for Ghana.
