Director ST&I, Mr. Kwamena Essilfie Quaison, Opens Workshop on Matchmaking and Information Sharing on Technology and Innovation

The Director of Science, Technology, and Innovation (ST&I), Mr. Kwamena Essilfie Quaison, has officially opened a workshop on Matchmaking and Information Sharing on Technology and Innovation under the “Ghana Jobs and Skills Project” on behalf of the MESTI Minister. The event, held at the Ministry of Finance in Koforidua, brought together participants from both public and private institutions.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Quaison highlighted the critical role of technology and innovation in driving economic growth and job creation in Ghana. He emphasized the importance of collaboration between public and private sectors to harness the full potential of technological advancements and innovative solutions. The workshop aims to facilitate connections between key stakeholders, promote knowledge exchange, and foster partnerships that will enhance the implementation of the Ghana Jobs and Skills Project.
Participants engaged in various sessions designed to share best practices, explore emerging technologies, and discuss strategies for integrating innovation into their respective fields.
